A DJ-led ground running continuous high-tempo Garba will hand out sticks but never actually slow down enough for paired raas, which is the thing you came for.
If Dandiya is your priority, arrive at or shortly after the listed start rather than at peak. The section tends to run while the floor is still filling — once the ground is at capacity the programme shifts to circular Garba because it packs more people into the same space.
